I?m a very regular customer for this location. I stop by today and I love how fast I got my order through drive thru. They usually make me wait for more then 5 minutes at the window, but today my order was ready before that.. I like how the new management is doing the job. Because this location really need someone?s that care about the business. I love the way they have improve the hospitality. The cleaning of the store look so much better. I be definitely be coming backsoon. I hope they keep the new manager which provide a amazing customer service, who?s courteous and now how to treat customers.
We stopped for a chicken sandwich on a Sunday evening (02/13/21). Though we had to wait for our food to be freshly made, the manager/gentleman in a grey striped uniform was so kind and seemed to be working very hard. I greatly appreciate him and other service workers who put in genuine effort for customers. Thank you!
Waited 40 minutes to get an order of chicken tenders, being the only customer in the store. Whole staff left to the back room and I left without ever getting my food to another restaurant due to hunger
This is the third I have tried this KFC and it will be the last. Now I will say shame on me for not checking my order but I didn?t expect half my order to be missing. I received no sides and ordered a 3 piece and only received 2 pieces. The manager on shift was great to make the order whole. Owner, unless you are actually going to write something back that is useful don?t bother. The canned response for most of these is a waste of time to even read.
