Papermill Place - Winchester

Decent breakfast place. Their skillet dish is a nice meal that I've not seen elsewhere. Fast (if you get there early enough), cheap, and good service. Been there a couple times, and my only criticism is the food is consistently under seasoned, regardless of what dishes we've had.

Went to the Papermill Place for breakfast. This was my first time eating here. I ordered the #4 ...3 eggs over medium, with a big helping of bacon and corned beef hash as well as home fries and toast. The eggs came out over easy instead of over medium. Good thing I don't mind over easy eggs. Overall the breakfast and service were pretty good. I would consider coming back.

Best breakfast for the price. This is brunch that everyone can afford. Huge steak and eggs platter for $10, and actually cooked to your desired temp! The staff always make you feel like a regular even if you are not.

Great experience to see that their breakfast is cooked right in front of them. pancake and French toast is what we ordered and tasted delicious.

Love the food here! Service is always friendly this place is always packed. After hearing about how good the food was from my co-workers for a year I finally tried it. That was several years ago. We don’t eat out as much as we used to but I still call and order carry out. They never disappoint.
