My friend and I arrived at 9:54 and placed our order, which included a 12-inch pizza with half meat feast and half chicken ranch, along with a Coke and a vanilla Coke. By 10:27, we still hadn’t received our drinks, and the lady who took our order had left. Fortunately, an incredible manager came over, and I explained the situation to him. He was very understanding and genuinely sorry about the delay! After that, he ensured we received excellent service, and our experience improved significantly after speaking with him. We completely forgot to get his name, but to the manager with grayish glasses, YOU ARE AMAZING!
