Feedback gevenExtremely disappointed, ordered for collection with 30mins notice only to discover that when we returned home after a 5 min journey, the majority of food was stone cold! Frequently visited the place for the last few years and always been impressed with quality of food as well as service but this time was extremely below par. I received an email asking for my feedback so responded in due course, only to be met by a phone call from the ‘Shift Manager on duty’ indirectly calling me a liar and dismissing my claim all together. She was extremely patronising and claimed our food was “Straight off the grill” This despite the fact that when we arrived, we watched them take our food out of a cupboard and bag it for us to take away. I’m not happy with the way I was contacted today and the attitude I was met with by a so-called manager, and wish for my feedback to be escalated to somebody of authority who will listen to my point of view. If you can’t accept constructive feedback, don’t ask for my opinion. Simple. Order number: #670541
Stopped off for sunset burger. Good options for sides. All in all good food that sat well, friendly staff and good atmosphere. The lemon and herb sauce was good but I do miss the mango peri peri sauce that they used to offer at Nando’s. Could have done with hot drink alternative Some of the drinks seemed pricey but came away happy overall.
Ordered on dilveroo 4 boneless thighs, only to forgot the actual chicken in the order. When called customer service was usless
I go to this Nando 's every so often as it 's close to where I work. However, visited with my colleagues today and I am appalled at the way I was spoken to by one of the waiters. The waiter 's name was Kieran. He asked for the empty plates to be passed over to him which we did. I had placed my empty glass on top of the and passed over and he retorted quite abruptly I said ONLY THE PLATES . I was a bit shocked, so was the rest of my colleagues and I replied Sorry, what was that? and he replied the same I SAID JUST THE PLATES . I left it at that and was just a bit shocked as I didn 't like being spoken to like this. There was no need for this, especially when I am trying to be helpful. Absolutely disrespectful and not appreciated as we had spent £100!
A few of us in the office planned a visit to nandos and it was a great idea The food was served quickly, even when one person ordered a starter and the rest of us had ours with the mains, they figured this out and got the rest of the food out I had the vegan chicken pitta with chips and hummus and a pitta, hot hot sauce and a sparkling water, it was delightful The servers were nice, the restaurant was busy but we all left happy and full, so a really good experience
