Pizza Hut - Winchester

The staff were fantastic, the food came out quickly and was delicious. I ordered a cheesy bites pizza, which was excellent and very satisfying. It was just what I was craving.

I ordered from Wing Street, which is a part of Pizza Hut. The food took a long time to arrive and I only received 2 out of the 6 items I ordered after spending £30. They missed the chicken bites, cheese triangle, wedges, and my 1.5-liter Pepsi. When I complained to Uber, they said I couldn't get a refund, despite providing pictures as evidence. I called the restaurant and spoke to the duty manager, who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He refused to listen to my problem and told me it was not his issue. When I asked if I could come collect the missing items the next day, he laughed and said no. I am very frustrated and angry at the poor service and communication. I do not recommend ordering from here. It is a terrible experience.

I pre-ordered takeaway from this restaurant several hours in advance, but my pizzas arrived 45 minutes late. This has never happened to me before. I have decided to get my pizzas from a different place in the future.

In just love pizza Hut. Friendy staff, fast delivery. Same key all the time. In really like £5 favoutites deals. : D
