Feedback gevenMy family and I took our granddaughter, who has a severe peanut allergy, to this restaurant for lunch. It was such a relief to be able to enjoy a meal out with her and feel confident that the staff takes food allergies seriously. The manager greeted us warmly and was extremely helpful throughout our meal. It was my first time dining at Prezzo and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was, especially for a big chain restaurant. We will definitely be adding this restaurant to our list of safe dining options in the future.
The meal was enjoyable, but I was concerned that the food arrived within 5 minutes of ordering, leading me to believe it was frozen or precooked and quickly reheated. We even had to wait for our garlic bread to cook. I think the average price of £15 for a meal is quite high for frozen food.
We had a fantastic lunch at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service from Josh was exceptional. Although they were out of the risotto, we ended up trying the vegetable pizza, a huge calzone, and the sea bass, all of which were excellent. Josh was very friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with our allergy questions. We truly appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to help. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.
Family of 4, we stopped for dinner on our way home from a day out. Prompt service, great menu, good quality food. As it was a Sunday we were able to use our tastecard on the adult meals making it excellent value, will definitely return. Only improvements would be to bring back the tomato based prawn starter and a little quicker to bring the bill when finished.
We visited this restaurant to celebrate a family birthday as we would normally do,but this time it was not good at all. The service we received from a young lady called Alex was terrible. we felt she was rude from start to finish, especially when we tried to use our free birthday dessert voucher with our blue light card (where in the t&c it says you can) it felt like every think we asked was a massive task for her. This really took the shine of my mother's birthday. This has also really put us off using the brand again. I would love to discuss this further with someone from head office or the local area manager
