Feedback gevenFood is usually pretty good, but had a surly driver today. And I know she has delivered here before. I am on a secure campus with a big warehouse, there are less than 10 of us here. Instructions say to call xxx when you get here. She sat outside bangingon the locked door. When she finally called per instructions, she was less than happy and not shy about sharing her feelings.Like it's my fault you can't follow instructions???
My family ordered from here tonight. Everyone got pizza, but I'm allergic to tomatoes so I thought it would be a good idea to get the Chicken Alfredo. The pasta that came was plain pasta with RED TOMATO SAUCE. It's called Chicken ALFREDO because of theALFREDO SAUCE and the CHICKEN. Not plain pasta with tomato sauce. I swear y'all need some new employees fr. Are you hiring forthe general manager position? I'll make sure customers get the correct thing they ordered in a timely manner
Our order was made wrong. When speaking with the manager on duty they said to call back for a replacement when it was time. Today I tried to get the pizzas. I was told that the other manager was fired and they couldnt honor his correction of our order.I was told to call back another day. Also, that it would be a waste of food, and the girl on the phone would get in trouble.Either way my previous order was wrong and as a manager myself I would do what was necessary to correct the issue. Veryirritating and displeasing.
I wouldn?t use this location at all. There was a very large hair baked into the cheese bread. No refund when we asked. Refer to the picture :
It?s a Dominos, they make pizza, wings, and an assortment of other food. While they have never gotten my order wrong, delivery times tend to be unpredictable. Quickest way to get your pizza: call or order online then pick it up yourself. Save some money,gets you out of the house, etc. This location does support curbside pickup and they also have a drive-thru window, pretty neat.
