Excellent food and service.Limited but good selection of wine and beers.Very Bavarian !Busy so obviously popular.Not far from Fairmont Hot Springs

Appreciable, but slow. The carving Cordon Blue seemed like ordinary chicken cordon blue. Even if you have a side for salad, this is ALL pages. You don't explain. Finally, they try to load you $4 to share a duck.

Disappointed. It had been said how good this place was, so it was looking forward. Pleasant atmosphere, but not much authentic German cuisine on the menu. Many spins on it, but not really Bavarian food. Cool looking building and two German beers on Hahn.

Three of us went to the Black Forest Steak and Schinitzel Restaurant for dinner. We had a chicken Wiener schnitzel, a Jager schnitzel hubertus and a rainbow trout, followed by an apple strudel, a black forest cake and a peach melba. All food was... very good and our server 'Maisie' was excellent. Worth a visit when in the area. It was pretty busy so it was worth a reservation.

These will be heavy meals carving and spatslay. But the food is the best, and the atmosphere fluctuates.
