I usually just go through the drive thru at this locationI've never had any issues with items I request being unavailable.

I love their Mamma burgers and Uncle burgers. Onion rings are sooooo good. Fast service and accuracy.

Eat here on occasion when travelling with the family, but was beyond disappointed in their cheap tactics today. Our 'uncle' burger came with two patties. When asked the staff replied that it would have taken 15 minutes to cook one, so they substituted two 3oz patties for the 5oz Angus one...so it was a better deal for us. When asked, they admitted to giving us a 'mama' burger, again emphasizing that we got a great deal. I pointed out that it was a lesser quality, cheaper burger, so they owed us the difference, but they shrugged it off and ignored me. The onion rings bag was half full and the breading was all broken off, the buddy burger was dry and tasteless, and the poutine looked like someone barffed in the container. Only about half an order of fries under thick gravy and cheese curds....Won't be going back there again anytime soon.

I usually do not comment on fast food restaurants but I was impressed here. Dry clean restaurant. Staff was very friendly and most of all polite which you don't see often in fast food places. I only had a burger but it was cooked to order, exactly as I requested it and to my surprise it was real beef, not the patties with all the filling you see at McDonald or Harvey's. Good job and kudos to the front counter staff and the cooks.

Visited the drive thru on the 11th of October with family. Ordered this. One whistle dog just ketchup and cheese and bacon. Fries and a ice tea. One pupa add a cheese and bacon fries and a Sprite. One more pupa same as last with onion rings and a coke. One mama with just ketchup mustard and cheese fries and a root beer. 20 minutes latter recieved the following One whistle dog just ketchup and cheese and bacon. Fries and a ice tea. One pupa add a cheese and bacon fries and a Sprite. One more pupa same as last with onion rings and a coke. Mama was a pupa and it had only ketchup and cheese but bacon was added. All burgers were cold as ice and the Coke was flat. The onion rings were just a pile of greese and all coating was in bottom of bag with bare onions on the top. Also cold as ice. It has been a regular occurrence to have order mixed up. Now they have taken it up a notch with the cold greese soaked food. Not there finniest hour. Apparently the whistle dog was good
