I 'm done with all Dunkin stores at this point. I can 't deal with my order being wrong anymore. I used to stop frequently at many different Dunkin locations, and the results have been the same over the last few months. I order a coffee with a flavor shot and some sweetener. It 's not overly complex, yet I can 't even recall the last time I got an order that was correctly made. It 's frustrating when I 'm trying to watch my sugar intake and I get those overly sugared Swirl flavorings. Even when I specifically say The unsweetened flavor shot, NOT THE SWIRL I still get the swirl.The worst is when I use the drive thru. Then I 've driven away and basically lost $4 because the coffee is wrong and something I cannot drink. Or on several cases I 've ordered the Frozen Hot Chocolate for my daughter only to drive away and realize that not only did it take 10 minutes to make, but we got a frozen coffee that we had to just throw out down the road after paying $6.I 'm done and never going to another Dunkin.Dietary restrictions: Their employees don 't care if you tell them I can 't have sugar, I 'm diabetic they will still make your coffee wrong with overly sugary mix ins when you specifically ask for the unsweetened versions.
Serious hole in the wall vibe for a Dunkin', but the service was friendly and the food was normal Dunkin quality.

Early morning staff rude. Never have anything ready. Out of 3 items I ask for im lucky to get one. Never prepared. Maybe better service at different shifts but not the early morning. ??
