Mcdonald's - Windsor

It appears that this restaurant is under new management, as the experience was amazing. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the food is always fresh and served warm. The management seems to have done something right with their training.

No service, the stupid auto terminals weren’t working and no one was helping anyone in lonby

Don't usually eat McDonald's but this was a road emergency hungry little ppl and a happy meal hit the spot which made me happy .. that's McDonald's

Stopped in to grab some lunch with the family on our way thru to black River falls. The manager Pablo and the front order taker Dennis were awesome. They were friendly kind funny and quick. Really impressed

The manager at this restaurant should be let go. There was no customer service provided by someone named Charles who is described as being about 6 feet tall with black hair and eyes that can be seen in the photo I posted. After ordering from the kiosks, the manager told me I had to wait until he was finished with what he was doing or until another worker was available to help me at the front desk. He made me wait outside for over 15 to 20 minutes after my credit card had a problem, instead of helping me promptly.
