Patterson's Pub Grill - Windsor

My friend brought me here for the first time, was very impressed. From the outside it looks like a very high end restaurant, but step inside and you will find a friendly informal dinning experience. The staff was really helpful and the service was fast. There is a large and varied menu with prices that were not too high considering the location. Eating quickly came with good portions. Will definitely visit again to try something else. My only negative point was that the toilets looked a little tired and could be finished with renovation.

Really beautiful, traditional atmosphere. Although a bit touristy, this is due to the location. Service was good, fast and professional. The beverage selection was good, cheap. Food was fine, but still decent prices given the situation. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the toilet(s). It's clean, but if they could only place a reed diffuser or a better air refresher in their, it would make a big difference.

Decided to taste this pub on a Saturday evening for dinner because we were looking for a dog friendly and GF (gluten free options) restaurant. We had no high expectations because it was a Saturday night (and on the high road in Windsor) so assumed that it would be busy and in our experience service tends to suffer in most places at a busy night. Therefore we were pleasantly surprised how attentive and friendly the staff was. We sat right away and our dog was brought a bowl of water. Was very happy to have a gluten-free menu (and regular menu) in a pub. Our order was taken immediately and the food came out quickly. The servers checked for us and informed us when the kitchen was closed. Everything was well presented and tasted and the ambience is also very beautiful. Good discovery in Windsor!

Clean up a lot of space. It was quite calm when we left (a miene at 3 p.m.). The staff was very friendly, helpful the service was fast. The food was a good portion, came hot everyone was satisfied with their choices.

Perfect spot for local fare. The fish and chips was crispy and delicious and the steak and ale pie is out of this world. Highly recommend!
