Feedback gevenThe young woman working tonight clearly didn’t want to be there. As my kids and I walked in, she rolled her eyes and sighed heavily. This isn’t the first time we’ve encountered this! We decided to turn around and leave immediately. We won’t be dining there again! Additionally, the open sign was turned off at 8:15, even though it says they don’t close until 9:30!
Website says they close at 10, tried calling multiple times to place an order but no answer. So I decided to drive up there and just order when I got there. When I got there open sign was still on and was told they close at 9:30 and she was doing her lastsandwich. Heard a bunch of bad things about this Subway and decided to give it a shot but now I definitely won?t be back.
I placed an online order for pick-up and specifically requested that both sandwiches be toasted in the special instructions, as I was informed there was no TOASTED button available. Unfortunately, the vegetables in my sandwiches were frozen. I asked for a refund, but the manager called me back and suggested I drive back to the restaurant for new sandwiches. I simply don’t have the time for that. Instead of offering me free replacements on another day, I reiterated my request for a refund. Unfortunately, she just kept making excuses. I’m not interested in excuses; I just want my money back, please.
The employee didn't inform us that there were no condiments available until she had already begun making all but one sandwich. All the sandwiches came with just meat, and we had to pay full price for them. Subway is already expensive, but without any condiments, it felt like a total rip-off.
