Feedback gevenAwful, disorganized, beatdown waited almost an hour for the trip out and went without eating. I was there in the past and it was terrible and it just got worse. they should just turn off.
If I could leave no stars ,I WOULD. I was a party of two this morning their was no reason it took an hour for our food to come out being there was only one party ahead of us who was already served, with a kitchen equipped with three chef’s. Two parties after us received their food before us. Our waitress was nice, but the older Jamaican lady with the black cap was rude as well as the lead chef with the transparent mask. They were very loud and obnoxious and complaining about individuals in the dinning area canceling their orders due to the extreme long wait. Not to mention it’s an open kitchen so everyone heard his obnoxious complaining of customer’s. The customer service sucks, and so does the staff working there; they are beyond unprofessional.
Before I give my review I want you all to know I’ve grew up on Windsor Farms. Since a child I have been coming to this place and now in my 30’s I often frequent here as it is my comfort food when I am no in the best spaces mentally. After today visit I am devastated to say I will no long return to this establishment.Today August 9th from 11:45-12:00pm I waited to be greeted right served . I watch a Wes Indian lady with grey and black twist walk past me several times not engaging or letting me know they status of when my order would be taken. Knowing the culture of high wait times I was patient. I noticed a few other customers complain and she quickly addressed them with a “ everybody waits” however once a WHITE FAMILY ENTERED THE RESTAURANT. She quickly tended to them while guest that have been waiting over 20 minutes still have not been addressed. After seeing this I left the establishment with no plans on ever returning.I am hurt and disappointed in this treatment shocked that in 2021 customer service is still determined by the color of your skin.

Workers took a few minutes to greet me as the owner is starring at me). This is the 3rd time I was told my food would be ready in 20 mins and found myself waiting longer than the time promised. For me to get my food and it's made wrong. I told myself I wouldn't come back because of the experience I had the last time I was in (about 6 months ago). The employees don't smile and always seem to have an attitude when they mess up your order. I remember the last time I was being charged extra and the owner didn't want to fix the check. Everyone here is pretty rude and seem like they don't like their job.
