Highline at the Railway Hotel - Windsor

On recommendation from a friend I chose the Highline Restaurant , Railway Hotel, Windsor as the venue to celebrate my 70th birthday with 17 of my friends. I could not have wished for anything better. David and his staff were so accommodating ,both in the preparation of the event and on the day. The room was perfect, the food delicious and the day went without a hitch, making it an occasion for me which was truly memorable. Thankyou to you David and your staff. Wonderful degustation that was a beautiful journey and nice mix between farm and sea. Wine that matched and service that provided that perfect balance.

This is my local hangout. Decided to splash out and try Highline. Never tried the Degustation before and what an experience. 3 hours in a warm cosy atmosphere with fantastic staff. Each dish came with wine to match. 7 courses later and we were done. A few things I was unsure about but once you taste it all blended together. I would highly recommend this place located at the top of Chapel Street Windsor. Can't wait for the next season Menu to go back. Well worth the money. Well done guys, keep up the excellent work.

It's difficult to put into words how incredible Highline restaurant is, but one thing is sure, it has provided a great group of friends with an experience we'll treasure forever. We had the degustation menu showcasing paddock to plate at its finest and it was the best food we have ever eaten!! We tried food we would never have chosen and every mouthful was delicious. The service was exceptional and the restaurant venue was perfect; exclusive, yet warm and inviting. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Massive thanks to head chef Simon Tarlington, owner Pete and all the staff for making our evening so special.

I've been here a number of times on different occasions. Some for work. Some for play. Located on trendy Chapel Street right near Windsor Station, this is a funky upstairs pub that has some nice sections for functions and say groups of 10. The outside part is partially covered but in warmer weather is great.The service is often really good but when this place is busy they struggle to keep up.Parking is a little hard being Chapel Street but perservere - remember that there are time limits and parking inspectors are deadly.Toilets clean. Kid friendly. Not really wheelchair friendly - didn't see a lift but I'm happy to be corrected.Caters for all foodies - vegetarian, gluten intolerant and more.Will return.
