Pret A Manger - Windsor and Maidenhead

Very friendly staff, good service,and all fresh made food, I am bit fussy with food, and only eat sandwiches here, and never falls me down! Recommended!

Never again, a particular patronising and unhelpful staff member and experience has ruined somewhere I have really liked. I won’t go back

I visit this coffee shop everyday and the service is always friendly, efficient and speedy. The coffee is fabulous and the staff are always quick to mention any new offer or new drink that has been added to the menu. It's a pleasure to visit the Windsor Pret, the staff are lovely!

As I was enjoying my lunch one of the servers was clearing tables. She picked up a dirty napkin from one of the tables and cleaned that table with it. She then cleaned off more tables with that dirty napkin. She never came back to sanitise those tables. I tried to tell the manager but I was told he was on holiday. The waitress then tried to give me a free coffee. I will never go back! YUCK!!!!!

A lovely warm welcome. Had a lovely chat with Marta and the staff. They took their time to go through veggie options with us. Really made us smile and great customer service. Can’t wait to visit again. Keep up the great work.
