Starbucks - Windsor and Maidenhead

I am a frequent customer at Starbucks and today I wanted to write a review specifically for a person who I believe is a trainee. This was the second time he served me and I received an incredible cup of coffee. I savored every sip and it was the best coffee I have had at Starbucks so far. While I do get served by other staff members, Antonio's coffee stood out as the best. He is truly the top coffee maker at the Maidenhead Starbucks. Keep up the great work!

I visit this restaurant regularly because of its convenient location. The coffee is consistent with the Starbucks brand, but the maintenance of the seating area is consistently poor. During a quiet period, I noticed at least 5 tables that were not cleared and were filthy. If this was a one-time occurrence, I wouldn't mention it. I enjoy the Starbucks brand and would like to continue coming here, but the front of house needs to be sorted out or they should consider giving up.

Located in the heart of the Nicholson Centre, this particular Starbucks branch is not their strongest. With no peaceful spots to relax, the lines often become lengthy and tend to move at a sluggish pace. While the coffee and food meet the standard expected from Starbucks, there are superior options in the town with superior shops.

Went to starbucks to order strawberry cream frap. This staff asked me if I wanted a normal one or COFFEE BASED. So got curious with the coffee one so i bought that. When he gave it to me, he sounded like he’s making fun of me ordering that. I couldn’t complain or talk to him bout it cuz i was rushin.

First of all we couldn't find a clean table, I asked for our table to be cleaned, the lady who came to clean it said she was late in today so haven't had time to clean them. However she only cleaned the one table Nd left all the others. The floor was very dirty every where. And the chairs, the restaurant was just generally very dirty. My wife ordered our drinks and a toasted sandwich, we go you drinks from the end of the counter and then sat down to wait for our toasted sandwich, after 15 minutes waiting I decided to go up and ask about it not realising and I most certainly wasn't told to wait for it at the end of the counter. It was sat waiting whilst the lady was just stood chatting to a friend. I questioned has it just been sat there to which she said she had called out a few times. She had not. This cafe is not busy in the slightest and if I had not have heard her why did she not come over? Overall this Starbucks was extremely dirty and had very poor customer service.
