Feedback gevenThis restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. We had to ask five times for our desserts to come out. When my dessert finally arrived, it was still in the wrapper. I had to ask twice for spoons, and then for a plate. Despite ordering extra custard, I had to ask for it twice. The manager came over but didn't do anything to resolve the situation other than offer a refund. He claimed the extra custard was on a different dessert. I would not recommend visiting this place unless you absolutely have to. Avoid at all costs.
During our visit to this Wetherspoons location in the area, we found it to be quite different from others we had been to. Unfortunately, half of the beer selection was unavailable, the food arrived cold, and some of our order was missing until we inquired about it. Additionally, the men's restroom was in poor condition, with toilet paper blocking two of the urinals. Overall, while it is a Wetherspoons, it did not meet their usual standards.
The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. The staff argued with us and were extremely rude. I will be taking this issue up with the head office of the establishment.
Absolute abysmal service at bar yesterday at 2pm. Totally ignored by all three staff members who were not under any pressure at all. I did not stay after intending to have lunch. They should visit the King Castle at Windsor or even the Falcon at High Wycombe to experience good customer service.
This restaurant had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My food was served cold and the chicken was undercooked. After asking for a manager three times, I finally spoke to an uninterested manager in a green dress who made the situation even worse. I had to go to the bar to inquire about a refund, and there was no apology offered. Despite being busy, this level of management is unacceptable. It is a well-known fact that Wetherspoons does not offer exceptional service, but this experience was particularly disappointing. I will be contacting the Environmental Health Officer to ensure the safety of other customers. My overall experience was extremely disappointing.
