They have TONS of imported Italian products, from bronze die cut pastas, to truffle creams, to italian sodas, to truffle risotto kits. Interior has a large mural on one wall and the super nice hostess Ivana (she even held the door for us as we left! showed us the pictures of her family within in the mural. She made room for us on a Saturday night, super grateful. Food was fantastic. Their wine list and beer were top-notch (their belgian ale Trippa is unreal . We had the seafood antipasta, nice octupus and calamari ontop of arugla with just the right amount of lemon. The bread was perfectly dense and crusty with excellent olive oil (just the right amount of pepperiness and good olive oil flavour Gnocchi with clams and brocolli were delicious and tender. Veal scallopini with mushroom was tender and really nice. Porcini with curly pasta was also delicious. Super happy to support and friendly, nice, inviting family business with excellent food, drink and take-home products. 5/5 will go back. A hidden gem of a bistro. The food is incredible, the atmosphere feels wonderfully intimate and it is spotlessly clean. Great place to bring a friend for a meal and great conversation. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Cozy family restaurant with friendly and personal service. Food was great and noticeably fresh, the crostini was a hit and even one of our group members who usually isn't crazy about Italian food had very positive things to say! This place demonstrates authenticity and a genuine passion for the cuisine. To me the portions were perfectly filling but they might lean on the small side if you're more used to large gluttonous American-style serving sizes. Dinner came out to a total of $160 for 4 people. They also have a selection of imported Italian products on display that you can buy, like wines, chocolates, sauces, and Rummo brand pasta. Overall a wonderful experience, I'd recommend to anyone looking for a hole in the wall gem. Vegetarian options: There were vegetarian dishes and it seemed like they were willing to accommodate Dietary restrictions: Menu offered to make accommodations Parking: Part of a plaza with lots of parking, immediate area can get busy with other businesses nearby but at worst there should be a free space close by. Kid-friendliness: Environment is family-friendly. There was a toddler who was having a good time Wheelchair accessibility: Small space may be a bit cramped for wheelchair users but doesn't seem like there's anything that would prevent them; no stairs Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Crostini Grilled Vegetables, Scaloppine with Mushrooms Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot
I really love this small Italian restaurant. The price is reasonable, and the pasta was fresh and super delicious. I am really impressed. But I think they can improve their cocktail and dessert. There was only 1 kind of dessert when I visited and it was not that good. Otherwise, I really love this place. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
