Arby's - Windsor

Clean, welcome and ready to speak my order with a smile and fun. Sandwich was good as they usually are. I was sad to hear that they took the Jr-Rost-Rindsandwich away, I always ordered two, ate all in and all or part of the second.

I really enjoy eating at Arby's and I could eat there every day! That being said, there are a couple of downsides. The Mac and cheese sauce could be improved as it is too thick and lacks flavor. Additionally, it would be helpful if workers asked customers if they wanted certain sauce packets included in their bag.

We had a problem with our order, and the crew was simply amazing to fix the problem! I felt bad because we stopped the line, but I'll be back at some point!

The food was delicious and the service was great. I can't believe they removed the potato cake from the menu, they should bring it back!

Overall, my experience at the restaurant would have been 5 stars if they hadn't accidentally given me curly fries instead of crinkle fries in my son's meal. Other than that, everything was fresh. It was a welcomed change to find the fast food shop empty and be able to get in and out quickly, especially since they have been so busy lately.
