China Kitchen Eatery - Windsor

The egg roll was not typical, with an unknown filling and a very crispy shell. The chicken balls were decent, but the sweet and sour sauce tasted strange, similar to BBQ sauce. The beef and mixed vegetables dish was good. The rice was bland and not very tasty. Overall, the restaurant was below average and I'm not sure why it was highly recommended.

What happened to basic manners? It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. The one staff member who spoke English was rude and rushed, providing quick and impersonal service. I will reconsider dining there in the future. I was very disappointed with the experience. We were tired and hungry so we decided to eat there, but we will not be returning.

I will never eat at this restaurant again. I ordered five different dishes for my family, but none of us liked the food. This was my first time ordering from China Kitchen. I checked their reviews on Google, which were rated 4.2, so I assumed they must be good. My favorite dish is egg foo young. While eating my dish, I found a big egg shell in my food, which made me sick and I ended up throwing up. When I called to complain, they said it was a mistake and offered me $10 back for that dish. Overall, the food was horrible and disgusting because of the egg shell. The vegetables in the other dishes were overcooked and nothing tasted good. It's disappointing to pay for food from a restaurant and end up having to throw it away. I will never eat there again.

Found them online with good reviews. Ordered in $30 of delivery and the food was terrible I couldn't even eat it! The beef in the mixed vegetables was fatty and chewy and the vegetables were soggy and over cooked. The white rice looked like it had black specs of what I don't know. The other dish was honey and garlic spareribs and they were very fatty and the sauce had very little flavour. I would not recommend this restaurant at all!

We drive by this place everyday, heard great things about it but never tried it till now! Wish we would have went sooner, it so delicious, service is wonderful, and they take my Nut Allergy Serious and make sure to mention to the cook/staff. It's always hard trying a new place with allergies but I find they listen to you when you order in the restaurant or when we call for take out. So far everything we have ordered and ate here has been well beyond excellent. To name a few Chicken Soo Guy, Beef and Broccoli, Wonton Soup, Shrimp, etc..love it all. This will be our go to place every time now. Prices are reasonable and you get tons of food!
