Kfc - Windsor

Phone number gives me a bad connection, asking me for a code. I ordered online, was not delivered, and there was no way to contact them. Since they use uber or doordash to deliver for them, no way to know if it was delivered or not. Bad customer services.

Slowest drive through in the city. On my last visit I waited 45 minutes to get through drive through only for them to forget my gravy. There were less than 5 vehicles ahead of me. I chalked it up to them being new and gave them a second chance. This time they told me 8 minutes for my chicken to pull around and it’s taken 20 minutes without food in sight despite many people coming in and out in the mean time.

KFC has really stepped up their game since our last meal a couple of years ago. Pieces were hot, juicy and crunchy. Pieces were much larger than they used to be.

This isn 't a review, I 'm just wondering if this location is closed? It 's been closed the passed few days with a sign on the door saying We are closed for reasons behold our control . I 'm hoping you will be open soon.

Placed an order online and waited over 2 hours for the food and nothing was delivered, tried to call the store multiple times and no one knows how to answer the phone either another 30 minutes go by and had to call customer support due to no one answering and no food showing up either very disappointing.
