We had a nice lunch there on Sunday, the doner plate and mix kebab were amazing, and our waitress Sanaz was so helpful, we didn’t have any idea what to order she explained almost the whole menu for us and was so careful about the tables, generally speaking best spot for
The place was nice, the food was served hot and fresh, and the portions were big. The chicken wings were delicious. The atmosphere was great with all the turkish music and the decorations.
After a tip-off from members of the Turkish community here in Windsor, I've been here several times and can definitely say that they always made each time a great experience. Every dish that they have is guaranteed to show you some amazing food that'll make your mouth water and full of great flavour, and some sweet but mouth-drying cay. They also serve Turkish coffee, which if you haven't grown up in a family that habitually drinks this every morning, will hit just as good as an espresso. An absolute recommend if you want to truly taste some lovely comfort food that's guaranteed to make you come back!
As a food enthusiast who has traveled over 14 countries including Turkey many times and became very fond of their food and culture I found this restaurant to be a big disappointment. Walking in they had Indian music on which threw me off. Service was slow but friendly i will give them that. Food was not authentic at all sorry to say but you did not live up to your name. I ordered a popular dish called Ali Nazik made of tender lamb stew smoked eggplant garlic yogurt with melted butter on top and usually some type of grilled vegetables on the side. Instead they made it with doner kabab (payed the original price)and eggplant had no taste. The side of fries was cold as well. No i would not come back.
