Rise and Shine Cuisine - Windsor

I’ll start on a positive note; the service is wonderful. I ordered the Corned Beef Hash and there were 2 tiny slivers of corned beef in a mountain of par cooked hash browns and a few vegetables. I asked to have it sent back and received a new plate with even less cooked hash browns and diced sandwich meat instead of corned beef. In my opinion it is unethical to list something on the menu for that price if you’re not going to include the most expensive ingredient. Had I not been with my family, who are regulars I would have requested a meeting with the kitchen manager about portions. I’ve worked in restaurants before and this is totally unacceptable. A note to the manager; if you’re trying to cut costs, have the integrity to take the item off the menu.

We were a party of 4 adults and one child looking for just breakfast buffet, not brunch . It was totally awesome. The buffet was excellent the wait staff and cooks were amazing. Couldn 't do enough to make sure everything we ordered was the way we wanted it. Kudos to Najwa our waitress who was funny, friendly and super nice. We will definitely go back.

I saw a Facebook post about Rise and Shine Cuisine and decided to give it a try. I was not let down. I went with a friend for the buffet on a Saturday afternoon. The food was amazing and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The waitress went out of her way to refill our hot water for our tea and even provided us with extra tea bags. We also witnessed a family requesting turkey bacon and sausage due to religious dietary restrictions and the staff immediately brought them a plate of each. I would definitely recommend Rise and Shine Cuisine restaurant.

The Rise and Shine restaurant has the most amazing hosts, Najwa and Ahmed Kadri. From the time you walk into the restaurant you are greeted by the biggest smile from Najwa as she seats you and introduces you to their breakfast buffet or the regular menu. The buffet is excellent but I suggest you try the Blintz's. They are thin crepes with a warm cottage cheese filing folded into small packages topped with cinnamon, you get some sour cream to spread on top and then your choice of a fruit compote to top it all off. these pillows melt in your mouth with a unique taste that is to die for. You will leave happy and satisfied having made a new friend in Najwa and Ahmed. Oh by the way the coffee is hot and fresh and smooth. Don't take my word for it try it yourself. ENJOY!!!!

Great place for Sunday buffet. They have many options to choose from. The omelette station is amazing. The staff were welcoming and the food plentiful.
