Subway - Windsor

I went to this Subway almost 2 hours before they closed and the worker, Debbie her name was acted like I was the biggest inconvenience of her life because I was ordering. She was literally huffing and puffing while making my order.

The first time we ate here my entire family got food poisoning. We, unfortunately, made the mistake of eating here a second time. The second time, earlier today, I risked eating food from this location, the worker lied to my partner about a sauce they put on the sandwich. The company had changed the ingredients of the sauce and it was even remarked upon that the sauce colour was very off, the worker gave my partner the impression the only thing that had changed was the colour. I had a mild allergic reaction thanks to her misrepresentation of this new sauce. When called out on the mistake, they were far from professional, and told us to take it up with head office. We will be following up with head office. We have since found out we’re not the only ones being made ill by this location so I will definitely be going to head office, both our visits will be mentioned as well as the experiences of those friends that have also gotten ill from eating here. An inspection needs to be done immediately before they cause even more harm or worse.

It's what you expect from a subway. I have no complaints and the young man working was super polite.
