Sun Hong B B Q - Windsor

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was terrible, and the portion sizes were very small. The staff member I interacted with was unprofessional and more interested in arguing than helping. I definitely won’t be returning. The place was empty, which makes me wonder why that is.

This has become our go-to Chinese restaurant in Windsor, especially since two popular ones closed during COVID. The food is delicious and authentic. I highly recommend it, although the service and atmosphere could use a bit of improvement.

This modest little restaurant features an amazing menu and exceptional customer service! If you're in the Windsor area, do yourself a favor and check this place out for dinner. It offers some of the best Chinese food I've had in quite a while. We especially enjoyed the chicken corn soup and the kung pao shrimp. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond throughout our visit. The prices were also very reasonable! I would rate it a perfect 10/10 and highly recommend it!

The second time they cancelled my order. If something unavailable, they should mark it. But they didnt. They will also not inform you right away. After a while, they just cancelled themselves without contacting customers.

Our first choice happened to be closed on a Sunday night so we went here and I’m so glad we did! The food here is probably the most authentic Chinese food we’ve ever had. We are from Indiana and drive over the border just for dinner. It was phenomenal!!The BBQ pork was amazing; both soups were excellent and the rice had an amazing chicken flavor. Unfortunately, I’m going to think all Chinese food back home is bland and no where near this good.The service was also very good. You know it’s great when there’s a line in their market (where you can get fresh takeout).Wish it was closer loved it!
