Sonic Drive-in - Winfield

Every time I have visited this location since August 2022 they are too busy standing around and talking to answer the button. When they do answer they’re (in)conveniently out of every item I try to order. The last time I tried to order from here they were out of tea and ice creamhow is SONIC out of ice cream?! Glad they’re “temporarily closed;” hopefully they’ll hire a new staff! Meal type: Other

Every time I go to sonic in Winfield I always have trouble I waited 3 or 4 different times I went there over 30 minutes for my order an finally drove off the other times something would be wrong with my order I've stopped going there. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

The food is usually good. And the poor carhop’s are ALWAYS understaffed (thanks COVID) and very friendly. The reason I gave only two stars is because I have been here twice in the last two months and several stalls are not working. Either the lights are out and you can’t see the menu, the microphone/speaker doesn’t work, the red button doesn’t work, or the card reader/ touch screen doesn’t work. Also, the landscaping needs to be done. This makes our town look bad because sonic is one of the first businesses you see coming into town.
