Feedback gevenI thought of a root berry and a piece of pizza. very friendly man who took my order. this is a cozy and beautiful place to bring your friend and a beautiful dinner. and afterwards. make a beautiful walk. security. also other shops. to go shopping. please stop the pizza was made there. was so good. in the going back.u should check it
I ordered cheese pizza, flowing alfredo, calzone, filled aubergine parmesan by disc. the cheese pizza was completely raw at some places at the top. it wasn't such a great tasting. the fukinus alfredo had no taste at all. completely slander. the calzone was also contaminated. I called him to ask courteously what their refund policy was. I told him I felt bad because I complained. the man on the phone literally began to argue with me (what happened to the customer is right. bad customer service) say there are only 2 youngs including himself that he makes the pizzas all the same and that it takes only 6 minutes to make a pizza. To add 3 minutes and cook for 3 minutes. for me, it sounds like an error. he said he never gets complaining about the pizza. (a lie just because I found a review with a similar output of raw and he told the guy in the round the same. bring it back and he'll make a new one. there may be more, but I did not look completely) he said if we give him 3/4 of the food, he will make new food. I didn't want to, but he didn't seem to give a refund. he then said he didn't use salt in the ashes because nobody wants salt anymore. that does not mean not to season the food at all. substitutions? he then also said that he would get his refund for eating from the hired who made the pizza I think is ridiculous. I will not order from this particular guidos again. this man has to learn maneuver and how to treat customers. some people do not want new food just made a refund, especially if it is not so great to start with. he has never apologized or explained mistakes to speak out. the right thing is to ask the customer how he can do it right for them. I was too nice to him, too. he sent a new pizza where I gave the old driver the old one. the driver said his boss said it was impossible for the raw and something else I could not understand. I showed the driver the pizza and said it was raw. he just looked at it. they also sent more soße for the alfredo who was tested and different from the original we were sent. the fact that the driver had to say something when he came back shows terrible customer service again. very disappointed.
Best Pizza in the Valley. Always pleasant, helpful, very flavorful food usually delivery arrives 10-15 minutes earlier than promised. Ex-large pizza w/ extra sausage, mushrooms olives is my favorite. Caesar salad is huge, simple, but delicious. Love the calzone cheesecake, too. Order direct so delivery goes to them, not a 3rd party service.
The best pizza ? and pasta ? a man who works here is super human being and very sweet, I tried to be humble as much I could, he gave me lil discount too, very delicious Italian food ? I really appreciate that
