We always come to the Keg St. James to celebrate a birthday and it never disappoints! Our server was very nice and attentive and our food was delicious!

As always, a great experience with excellent food, cooked to perfection. Service was spot on and very friendly and helpful with questions about the menu items. Overall, just a very, very good time. Thank you.

My feedback is mainly for the arrival and host staff … our booking was for 545; we arrived early (that’s on us)… we were sat at the bar (which is totally fine). At 550 we were told that they were “backed up” and not able to get us in the restaurant. We then got asked if we would mind a table in the bar; pointing at two tables: “how does that one or that one look”…. Although not ideal, we agreed. The hostess disappeared for another 10 minutes while we watched those two tables get filled. Finally we were greeted by another hostess who “found” us a table. She made it evident she was in a hurry and impatiently asked us to “follow her” (while we were trying to gather our coats, etc and settle the tab). Our server (Jen? Flower tattoo on right forearm) was amazing. She was professional and fun/pleasant. We will be asking for her in the future. Perhaps an off night for the host staff. Typically pretty good normally!

Wait to be seated was longer than expected. Service was very good and everyone enjoyed their dinner.
