Boardwalk Restaurant & Patio

We stopped to finish our day on the beach. while I was overseaming our order, I spied someone else to be picked up. the fish did not look very appetizing, so we decided to have only pommes and play it safely. we have cried about 15 minutes for pommes. That was good. but when we got them, we were disappointed. they were pale, had no taste, and were completely insignificant in every sight. the only good thing was that they were hot and now, the portion size was good, but most of us went uneaten. under normal circumstances, I would never even consider a review of a place where I only ordered french, but. these are not normal times. our 15 minutes waiting time (plus 10 minutes eszeit) offered me the opportunity to observe the missing precautions in the sight of sterilization. the tables (only terrace) were not cleaned between the customers. I saw a table change over 3 times and it wasn't even deleted. our table was visibly used.' over, the women who treated cash, was also the output of ketchup, pop canister and serviettes (the elements that come in direct contact with their face.) I admit, I don't remember if they were wearing gloves, but even if that were the case to get rid of the treatment of cash etc. seems to be wrong. in short, not worth the risk, according to my opinion. on the street we had an egg, a person took our money and eating was completely dispensed with by another person. that seems like a much safer protocol.

This is a friendly, family-run caffe, which is open all year round for lunch, but not in the evening. homemade food is decent. the location is directly on the lake.

Service is very good. attentive, helpful with suggestions and knowledgeable. some big fish and chip options, and the fries were very nice, and not too salty, so the possibility to add as necessary. a beautiful sitting area in the boardwalk and fun 50s music inside. I would prefer...options for fish, except just fried deep, but it is classic fish and chips, and is not fat or heavy at all. Dessert menu looks very tempting, but I didn't try.

Not sure what happened here, but the service was very unfriendly, the menu had only a choice of 3 burgers and fries or broken pickerel and pommes! I think that using pickerel into the battery is not smart! the fish was fat and really mediocre! the restaurant was empty, this is never a good sign to dinner. unfortunately we will not return.

We visited yesterday and had the pickerel and French fries. The fish was very good batter was crispy and both fish and french fries were piping hot. One piece fish chip is $11.95. Good size helping. Restaurant is clean, air conditioned and welcoming....We would definitely go back.
