Taking forever to get your order that placed too time ago.

I asked to use the bathroom and was told that I 'd have to buy somthing to use it. I 've been to other locations and this policy doesn 't exist.

Was taking food to someone who was in hospital.Asked it to be doubled bagged with lots of condiments Ordered 2 Teenburgers with fries and 1 onion rings.Got to hospital food was cold and for an order of onion rings AND an order of fries I received 1 salt 1 ketchup and 1 vinegar. Well done A&W. Plus the food was cold. Won't be going back.
