Why would they serve a breakfast but not be open till 10am and then only serve breakfast till 11am Doesn’t even make sense to have a breakfast

Some food was over done or felt like it sat there for a couple hours. Service was slow (full well knowing they had a large order ahead of me). Unsure if the medium drink shrunk but ordered a meal and received a small. Food still tasted good however. Vegetarian options: Just there beyond meat or whatever they call it there. Parking: Very few spaces, mostly used for truckers on the go.
