Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Winnipeg

I am extremely disappointed with dairy Queen. We placed an order, and it was completely messed up. When we contacted them to address the issue, instead of resolving it, they accused us of lying about the mistake. To make matters worse, the owner was very rude and disrespectful throughout the entire interaction. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I will not be returning and would advise others to think twice before ordering from dairy Queen.

Terrible service. My husband and I own businesses in the area and we always eat specific meals from different restaurants in the neighborhood for lunch. My husband always swaps out his French fries for onion rings. TODAY however the staff made a mistake and didn’t put those onion rings in. When my husband called the owner told him that we lied about ordering the onion rings, claiming we didn’t, and he wouldn’t make the situation right. Did you really blame the customer?! Really?! The mistake of giving fries instead of onion rings is forgivable, claiming we lied and didn’t order them all together is unbelievably unprofessional. It is for that reason alone that I will never return. $50 order messed up and didn’t want to make it right.

Just left from a drive-through order, they gave us blizzards with no lids on a hot day, and charged us for fries but never gave us fries. We were at the window waiting a while and there was no one else in the parking lot or behind us. There's no reason or excuse to get that much wrong on an order. Service: Take out Meal type: Other
