Their professionalism needs to be improved, called 3 times but i was left on hold all those 3 times. Last time I went the workers were lazy to make my order and got my order wrong and had to wait an hour or so to eat, service is very terrible please hire new people. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered from Domino's on McPhillips on a Friday and had a terrible experience. It took over 45 minutes for the delivery, despite the app saying it was already delivered. When I called the store, they were too busy chatting and eating to listen to my problem. They told me it would take an additional 15 minutes, but when I said to cancel the order, suddenly it would only take 2 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes later, the driver finally showed up, but I refused the pizza and sent him away. This location is definitely the worst in the city. I have never had so many issues ordering a simple pizza. Do not order from this location. The last time I ordered, the pizza looked like it had been thrown down a staircase and had ingredients I specifically mentioned I was allergic to. I've never had a problem with Domino's until ordering from here. I will not be ordering from here again and will be contacting corporate to let them know about the poor service. Pizza tasted like an old lack of Toppings. One of the worse meat lover pizza. Update, as you can see they tell me to reach out the email below. I did, nothing was resolve they never got back to me.
