I've never had a bad Freshii experience, I always order the Buddha Bowl. It was my first time at this location and it was great as always. Unfortunately they have changed their recipe for peanut sauce not nearly as good as it used to be.

I don’t normally order at this location but my normal location is out of rice noodles and this location has them but when I got my order it was barely half full and the tortilla chips I got were completely stale and gross

We visited this place total 4 times in last week as freshi is our best energy boosting food place. I ordered Buddha Satay bowl and they gave me thin noodles without telling me. I don’t make complaints but I didn’t like it as this thin noodles were everywhere. When I ask server about this she got confused and looking for regular rice noodle. Meanwhile other girl( seems like manager or supervisor) ask server about issue and ignored me and walk away. In the end, server found regular noodles but didn’t apologize for giving me wrong food.

I was carrying two meals boxes and The smoothie fell down at the store from the drink carrier in front of the cashier and I paid it again . The smoothies was on top without any bags. I was very upset do not change it for free cause the most ethical thing that all stores do. I am regular customer who pay over $70 every time. I will never go back to this store again.
