Mary Brown's Famous Chicken & Taters

I tried out their new Summer Fun Pack which includes chicken pieces, Taters, coleslaw, and cans of soda. It was enough to feed my entire family! On Mondays, they have their Big Mary sandwich on sale, which I found to be much better than the sandwiches from Popeye's or KFC. Definitely worth a try!

I had a smooth experience with the pick-up at this restaurant. The waiting time was reasonable and the staff were friendly. Although slightly pricier than KFC, the portions were larger.

My husband and I have ordered from Mary Brown's on Portage Ave. twice through Skip the Dishes. Unfortunately, both times our orders arrived with items missing. The first time, we were disappointed but eventually received a credit for the missing items. When it happened again on our second order yesterday, my husband called the restaurant only to be met with a dismissive attitude. Despite being located very close to the restaurant, they refused to send the missing items or even apologize. While they did provide a credit for the missing items, we were left feeling unappreciated as customers. Mary Brown's is not a restaurant that values its customers and we will not be ordering from them again.

Chicken is tasteless. Taters are aweful taste like taters. Portions small. Had Chicken burger on two different occasions and were very bland even though I asked for spicy. Get order home twice forget to give me dipping sauce. piece chicken was greasy. Won’t...go back! I will get chicken from Popeyes its times better.
