McDonald's - Winnipeg

They keep forgetting to give me dipping sauce for my nugs. this is a ongoing issue at that place. i dont like eating these dry nugs without sauce.

Visited their establishment on Jan 13th when they had their grand opening. As expected a gong show but on our way to where we were going. Waited 20 minutes in mobile ordering, went in the store for them to not have our order. Took another 10 minutes to make our order. After 30 minutes of waiting not one employee apologized. Got home with our order and drinks were all watered down and had to be thrown out. Food all cold. Sent in a complain to head office and that's a joke. Said they would forward my message to the local franchise and of course I heard nothing. A refund or coupon would have been nice to cover the lost of food but not even an apology goes a long way. Wont be frequenting this one again.

Rosie heather went above and beyond today at my visit, I was with my toddler they helped by bringing my food to me as well as anything else we needed . Much appreciated please give them a raise !!

I've eaten here several times over the years and haven't had any problems like in the previous reviews. All was hot, tasty and well prepared. I ate inside which was nice. When I stay in the area, will be back. The car line ups can be long sometimes. Talking with a manager at another McD's location, found out many restos can't find enough people to hire, they are short staffed which causes some issues with prep and promptness, recommend be patient and understanding, it helps with the stress.

I went to the drive through there since we were passing by it on my way home, it took me at least a solid four times to get my order through the speaker even though i have spoke clearly the entire time. their employees seemed unenthusiastic when it comes to serving their customers and do not seem pleased to be at their job. we had to wait in the parking lot for our order which i did not mind, but the person giving our meal simply said here in an impolite manner and walked away without anything else. looking at our meal, everything looked like it had absolutely no effort in it, and it was just tossed together without any care or consideration. i do not recommend going to this mcdonalds.
