Pho Cuu Long - Winnipeg

This restaurant is outstanding for Vietnamese cuisine. The pho, beef satay, and curry chicken noodle soups are all beautifully seasoned and come in generous portion sizes. The self-rolling wraps are packed with enough filling to satisfy even the heartiest appetites. It's a lovely option for a hot summer day. However, it does get quite busy during dinner, especially on weekends. Don’t count on your takeout being ready at the scheduled time; you might find yourself waiting an extra 10-15 minutes during peak hours. Otherwise, the service is excellent.

Consistently excellent food! I've been visiting this restaurant for a couple of years and have always been pleased. My husband and son love trying the various pho dishes, while I can’t get enough of the vermicelli salad bowl. I've sampled many other dishes as well, and they've all been great. The prices are very reasonable, so you won't be let down. The restaurant is impeccably clean and features a minimalist decor.

The food was great! I highly recommend the deluxe pho, which is what I ordered. The portion sizes are quite generous, and the quality is impressive. The service is quick, and the atmosphere is cozy. Overall, I'd rate the food 4 out of 5.

This is our favourite Pho place in the city. The food is delicious (all of what we've been able to try off the extensive menu) and the people are lovely. I just want to say how very much my friend and I enjoyed our meal last night. We found this restaurant online and enjoyed a totally amazing grouping of food items. We both agreed that the hot and sour soup and the Shanghai noodles were the best we had ever eaten--and that's saying a lot coming from two almost-80-year-olds, as we've both eaten in a huge number of Asian restaurants. The salad rolls were great, with a very tasty peanut sauce, and--what a nice surprise--the eggplant dish chosen from the grouping of eggplant dishes was absolutely delicious. I live just five minutes away, so will be returning often, while my friend who lives in Kelowna has decided that a visit to Pho Cuu Long will be a must during her annual visits to Winnipeg.
