Feedback gevenDecided to give pizza hotline a go. I liked the prices and delivery took half an hour, so far so good. Friendly delivery. Pizza was alright! The deep dish style is different and maybe just not for me.
By far the worst place ever last two times I order they got it wrong. When I tried to call and complain the first time the girl hung up on me. Second time around they give me the wrong pizza I called it took them 40 min to bring me a new one then made megive back the other pizza and it wasn?t even the same size as the one they wanted back. So not only did they give me the wrongpizza when I picked up but brought me the wrong pizza THEN FOUGHT WITH ME INFRONT OF MY BUILDING. I am bilingual and understandspeaking more then one language however when not all parties speak the same language and the driver is talking to the manager inhis native how do I know the truth is being told? I asked him to repeat what he said that I wanted to understand and he providedto turn away from me. I asked for a refund and they denied me. WORST SERVICE EVER THEY DONT PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY ARE DOINGCAUSE THEY ARE TO BUSY TALKING. They don?t even wear hair nets. Nvm the thousand of other violations like employees eating overthe pizza while it?s being Made. But they think they can treat there customers like trash.
The staff at this location were incredibly friendly and the food that they made was exactly what I paid for. Pizza on a budget.
Burnt medium breadsticks, soggy, rotten salad, old aioli and sad pizza. When you already don't expect much and then are still disappointed... waste of money. My child was sorely disappointed as well.
I tried to order 2 pizzas online one with super thin crust and one with thin but I could not order the super thin crust online. I called in and was told to refresh my screen and try again and if it did not work to call back. It did not work and I calledback after I had placed the rest of my order online. The agent told me she was going to call the store and change the order tosuper thin I tried again to explain that I wanted a second pizza ADDED to the order that I could not place online. She said shewould have to call the store for some reason, I declined. At the store I complained to the store employee about the second pizzaand asked if I could order and pay and could they deliver it? He said they could but I would be charged for delivery, niceempathy store employee. When I opened my pick up order there was no cutlery as requested and printed on the receipt. Hard, noimpossible to eat the pasta dish we also ordered without any supplied cutlery. I called and complained again as the crust wasregular not thin. Its just pizza not rocket science, placing an order should not take all day and if it does the order should bemade right. If the customer takes the time to complain and explain to the store employee of the issue(s) the store employeeshould try to make things right and if they cant find someone in the store that can. Unfortunately I ordered again from thisstore the following week. I asked for 2 pizzas with 2 different crust types upon pick up they were both the same, It wouldappear that by placing an order has no impact on what will be made by the staff. Out of 5 possible pizzas ordered only two werecorrect. Edit; the store did respond promptly to the complaint but are not responsible for staffing.
