Santa Lucia Pizza Sage Creek - Winnipeg

I just live Santa Lucia. Great place to eat and I'm soooo happy they are open in Sage Creek (finally)! Nice people run this restaurant. Mother and daughter work together. I love the family run joints! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We went yesterday for game day drinks food. the restaurant was nice and quiet surprisingly, service was great and restaurant was very clean. it was decently priced, $8 doubles sat sun tues as well! i got a gluten free pizza and am a celiac, i did not get sick from cross contamination! my friends shared a santa lucia special i believe, and the 18 size which would 've easily fed 6 people. we will definitely be back and were all impressed with the service and food!

We've visited Santa Lucia at least twice before coming to this location. We've always had a great experience until we came here. We ordered a reasonably decently sized order for takeout and returned home only to discover that some of our food was missing. I quickly called Santa and spoke to their manager on site, who informed me that she would call me back with an answer as to how they could reimburse me for their takeout error. I live in Landmark and am moving next week, so I had no intention of returning to the restaurant. As I wrote this tonight, I never received a callback—pretty pathetic service from a restaurant I once respected and loved. Whoever is managing that place needs to learn how to run a restaurant. This franchise is pure trash compared to the other locations I've visited multiple times. Good job, Santa. Failing to care about helping a customer who was ripped off is exactly how you lose business. I warn you, potential customers, that you should check your orders before driving off. Don't leave trusting these guys.
