A definitive must eat stop if you come to Winnipeg and are looking for a night out of great bites of food packed with flavour that will leave your palate satisfied. The atmosphere vibe and service is top notch.

Very cozy and intimate environment, staff were very knowledgeable on wines and gave great recommendations. food was amazing, especially the gnocchi.

The food was subpar. The flavours, the textures, and the aroma all intertwined together to create this delicious meal. The chicken was great. It was flavourful, juicy, soft, light and very flavourful. The cabbage was also flavourful and juicy.As for the customer service, it was also great. The server took the time to explain the food and the wine menu which helped me a lot since they had many wine collections that I was not fully knowledgeable about.

Recent visit for dinner left a lasting impression. The service at Oxbow is impeccable. The warm, attentive, knowledgeable staff made sure our menu drink choices paired for the perfect evening. The drunken clams, tuna tataki, and patatas bravas were our favourite. Look forward to the next visit.
