What a fantastic experience! Four of us visited for the Winter Wonderland tea, and we had such a great time that we're considering making it an annual tradition. Our waiter was incredible, and he even surprised me with a complimentary glass of champagne to celebrate.

The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. The only downside to the experience was the price of a mimosa, which was $20. I didn’t expect to pay that much for a drink, and I should have inquired about the price beforehand, especially since the dining experience was fixed-price and there were no menu prices on the table. If I had known the cost, I likely wouldn’t have ordered it. The extra charge was a small, unwelcome surprise at the end of an otherwise wonderful experience. Overall, we had a great time.

Wonderful personal service. the food was very good, although the salmon on eggs benedict seemed much saltier than we would normally expect. we hope we can have the next time in the dining room instead of in the lounge brunch.

I recently dined at a New Year's dinner event, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was delightful, and the service was exceptional. The food was flavorful; however, I would have appreciated more greens, such as a proper salad, and the crab pastry could have benefitted from additional crab filling instead of mostly dough. The soup lacked substance; it would have been better with actual mushrooms rather than just a mushroom flavor. Additionally, the bun served with the meal was cold, and I think a bread basket would have been a better option. The dessert was a bit of a letdown, featuring only a smear of meringue on the plate instead of a proper meringue cookie or cake. On a positive note, the beef in the main course was delicious, but the potato needed more seasoning, and I noticed there were no salt or pepper shakers at the table. No one came by to offer any extra seasoning either. The live band was fantastic, and the seating booth was very comfortable. Overall, I’d rate the experience a solid 7 to 8 out of 10.
