The girl taking my order initially had trouble entering it into the system, but after some assistance from another employee, it was finally processed. I mentioned that my bus was coming soon and asked them to hurry. However, instead of making the sandwich right away, the girl stopped to check her phone. Eventually, she made the sandwich, but when I opened it on the bus, I realized it only had one egg instead of the two I had ordered. Tim Hortons should have staff who are proficient with the register and able to efficiently handle customer orders.
How do you want to have an intimate center and not even be open when people get out of work? may also switch off the place, it takes place a decent coffee shop might have
I hate to get only 3/4 of a cup when they order a French I pay for a full cup
Stood there for 10 mins in a line. The hosts didn’t care about the customers and stood there talking to each other. It is 3 pm they don’t have hash browns or potatoes wedges or everything bagel. Had to leave in hurry become of slow service and didn’t get anything. There were only 2 people in line and 3 hosts.
Still a little slow, waiting too long for a coffee. Under staffed for a high volume place, I blame the Chinese government!!!Just an opinion
