Chicken breast sandwich at least dunked twice it was like eating a piece of concrete, not sure what happened there but NOT IMPRESSED. Fresh should be paramount across the board in any food establishment , restaurants , food trucks, fast food establishments etc. And to make matters worse we're from out of town and took our orders to go. I've patronize Tim Hortons for 20+ years and never had this issue before. I have a Tim's right across the street from my work and have been going there for years.
Ordered food, never received it. Talked to the employees multiple times and was told it was coming, however that was not true. I suspect they handed my order to the wrong person, since their order fulfillment process is as sophisticated as leaving food out or handing it to the first hand that will grab it. Not a good system to say the least. At least McDonald 's tracks and announces order numbers to combat this issue.I advised the workers I did not receive my order after 10 minutes, only to hear one of them to dismissively say they have a lot on their screen to deal with... and suggested they are making it now. I followed up again, only to see the food item they were making is now gone (probably a drive through order). Nobody wanted to pay me any attention as I looked to inquire what happened this time.At this point, now 20 minutes after my initial order, and still nowhere close to receiving it, I told them to forget it, refunded my order and left.Terrible.
They are always short on menu, management not capable to run that business. The worst Tim's I ever been.
Awful management. Try scheduling some workers. Line up so bad half the customers were walking out tired of waiting.
Thank you for making it right! The went above and beyond to fix something another store messed up.
