Timothy's World Coffee - Winnipeg

I went to this location but it looks like they closed the business. They are still “open” for business if you google the cafe but they’re not there anymore which is misleading. Hopefully someone update it’s info on google

Came by today and shop said open.. but the owner shooed me away from inside. I'm sure the coffee's good but maybe put up a closed sign if you're closed.

Lovely joint. Excellent coffee, and I've been studying coffee for a bit now. Calcium substituted for magnesium sulphate with sodium bicarb to set your hardness and buffer for extraction sorta study. Best Americano I've run into in a store, usually for a good one you have to make it yourself. I'm impressed. You nailed my coffee. I'm a heathen who likes cream and sugar in my coffee, and he delivered a perfectly pre mixed drink. Got him to make me a sandwich as well, like everywhere I go lately, gave some parameters, he asked me stuff like, ketchup or no? Type of bread. I said I wanted something with meat, and on a cheddar bagels. We both selected the same one at the same time. He's good at this. It was some sort of turkey sandwich. Lovely spices. Nothing out of balance. Very delicious. It wasn't very busy, you can't take time away from other people for this sort of thing... I had a great time. I kinda work all the time, so if I wanna enjoy things like this, I have to sort of do both at once. Totally recommend this place.
