Vamos Tacos - Winnipeg

I went with the reviews ( seems the reviews were purchased ) I found here and I have to say it was disappointing.

Amazing hidden gem for Mexican food! Favorite meal the Burrito and its probably the best authentic burrito in Winnipeg.

Awesome food reasonably priced and owner is very friendly and entertainingWe went with a group of 10.

The vamos bowl is sooo good!! At first I was hesitant about the place, but the food definitely is good. My boyfriend had the trios tacos and it looked a little meager but he liked it! And three makes it filling. I also got a beef burrito to go for my sister and she said it was delicious! We had jarritos to drink which were nice and cool. The overall place is nice. But the smell is very pungent and stays on you once you leave. The owners are soo sweet.

Had the place to ourselves on a Friday at prime time so I was a little worried. We were in for a pleasant surprise as the service was fast, friendly and helpful. The true highlight was the food! Had the burrito bowl and an enchilada and they were freshly cooked, full of flavor and the best Mexican I've had in winnipeg.
