Feedback gevenThe service at this restaurant is usually great, but it seems to be declining due to staff shortages. I understand that staffing issues are common right now, but my main concern lies with communication. I had called a couple of days prior to confirm that they could handle my large order within the time frame I needed, and they assured me it wouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately, this has happened twice now where my pizzas were not ready. I understand the challenges of being understaffed, but if you can’t fulfill the order, it would be better to be honest about it. We were on a tight schedule and could have chosen a different place for lunch if we had known.
First of all, the person taking the orders seemed completely incompetent. I repeated my order over the phone seven or eight times, and she still couldn't get it right. I will never order from here again!
This Domino's has been declining lately. We ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza that was absolutely overloaded with onions. I enjoy onions, but this was excessive. I had to remove about 20 onions from just two slices, and it ruined the flavor. Additionally, there was no Buffalo sauce on the pizza, so we had to add our own. The cheese bread was also burnt. We won’t be ordering from here again.
The delivery was surprisingly quick. Our driver, Kyle, was excellent; he called to inform me that he was on his way and updated me when he arrived at the hotel. I'm very pleased with this location!
I haven't eaten Dominos for years, a few months ago I logged into her website and for some time I've gone back. Can really make some amazing pizzas in these days. So many great options. Good ingredients. Best.
