Jimmy John's - Winona

Having heard that this restaurant is now under new management, I decided to give it a shot, and I'm so glad I did! I ordered the new Zesty Garden Club, and it's definitely become a new favorite of mine. The variety of toppings was a refreshing change from the usual options. The customer service was also fantastic. Will, the young man who took my order and prepared my sandwich, did an outstanding job.

The sandwiches here are delicious! It would be helpful if the subs were labeled, and I wish they would be a bit more generous with the cucumber slices—four just doesn't seem like enough! However, I'm not going to let that affect my overall experience because I keep coming back for the quick service, friendly staff, and the satisfaction of enjoying a great sandwich, all of which I consistently find at this restaurant.

We just had lunch delivered to the office from Jimmy John's (Order Name: Monica). The delivery driver promptly apologized for the wait, which wasn't really an issue at all, and he was incredibly friendly and personable! I wanted to highlight that his kindness didn’t go unnoticed; everyone commented on his positive attitude and enthusiasm. The lunch was fantastic as well!

Excellent Jimmy John's. Very clean, clean bathrooms and tables. I forgot how friendly people from Minnesota are, the staff was really nice and polite. Great lunch. For Truckers, there's a Walmart next door with limited parking.
