There's also a lovely lady who walks around the dining area, refilling drinks, clearing away finished trays, and checking in with customers. While this might not mean much to everyone, it's a nice touch that you don't typically expect at a fast-food restaurant. We find ourselves eating at Bojangles at least once a week!
The biscuits are typically hard, and the service is quite slow. I hadn’t visited in a few weeks, but I decided to return for the 2 for $4 ham special. And what do you know? The biscuits were still hard. What a disappointment!
I tried to give this place another shot, but I ended up waiting 17 minutes for a cookie, only for them to forget one of them. I had to go in to get it, and it's funny how they never seem to give out extra cookies by mistake. I can't help but wonder how much money they miss out on since customers often don’t receive what they pay for. Honestly, this is one of the worst places I've ever been, and even though I've eaten here around 50 times, I won’t be coming back. It's ridiculous that they now charge 27 cents for each sauce. What a bizarre policy!
"Yes, they are quite understated. However, this is not an excuse for serving a meal without proper presentation, having smashed items in the packaging, or getting the drink order wrong."
When we placed our order, we were the only ones in the restaurant. Drive thru and people who came after their food first. We waited for our food for at least 40 minutes. We had asked for dipping sauces that we had to pay for it, although I asked if we had order only 2 sauces We had 9 different combos and spent almost $90.
