Culver's - Winston Salem

The restaurant was lovely and well-maintained. The woman who took our order was incredibly helpful! My son enjoyed a crispy chicken sandwich, and it was delicious! The frozen custard was truly amazing!

For dessert, we tried to order the Georgia Peach and what I think was a custard eclair, but sadly, they weren't available since they weren't among the flavors of the day. Instead, they offered to blend vanilla custard with peach pieces as a substitute for the Georgia Peach. My wife opted for vanilla custard topped with hot fudge and cheesecake bits, and both desserts were fantastic for what they were. I'm looking forward to trying some of the signature flavors in the future, but I'm not sure when they will next be available as the flavor of the day. We will definitely be returning!

My boyfriend and I dined at this restaurant for the first time today, enjoying a late lunch. Our server, Diorah, was warm and welcoming as she took our order. My boyfriend opted for the Chudder Burger Basket, while I went with the Double Bacon Cheeseburger Basket. Both meals arrived hot, fresh, and incredibly tasty! For dessert, my boyfriend chose the Chocolate Concrete Mixer with Andes mint chocolate and cheesecake crumbles, while I selected the Vanilla Concrete Mixer with brownie bites and chocolate. Marcus, who served us our desserts, was also very friendly and patient, especially as I struggled to choose from all the topping options! Both staff members were wonderful! The restaurant had a clean and inviting atmosphere. Keep up the excellent work—we will definitely be returning!

We've visited Culver's Butterburgers and Fresh Frozen Custard several times, and each experience has been fantastic. Their frozen custard is even creamier than regular ice cream—rich, cold, and simply delightful. Since each meal is made to order, there may be a slight wait, but everything we've tasted has been delicious!

I want to emphasize the outstanding customer service we experienced. The young man who took our order was not only friendly and accommodating, but he also had a wonderful sense of humor while assisting us with our meal and dessert selections. The manager on duty also left a strong impression; we saw him personally apologize to a table for an error with their lettuce-wrapped burger, as the lettuce was shredded. The customer was understanding and said it was no problem, but it was truly admirable that the manager took responsibility. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and I highly recommend checking it out! #culvers!
